Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect Product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
  • Damaged Product: If the item arrives in a broken, leaked or defective condition.
  • Expired Product: If the item received is past its expiration date.
  • Change of Mind: For unopened and unused items in original condition and packaging (Conditions apply).

 

Please note: Due to the nature of hygiene, health and personal care products, not all items are eligible for return once opened or used.

 

Return Window

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, returns may not be accepted except in the case of defective or expired items.

 

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.
  • Be in a resalable condition (for change of mind cases).

Pickup or Free Delivery

Depending on your location, we will arrange for a pickup or request you to drop the address again for a free delivery.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, as per your preference.

 

Refund Policy

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be made to your original payment method— bKash, Nagad, Card or via store credit.
  • Refund Timeline: Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after we receive the returned item.

 

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure safety and hygiene, the following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Opened personal care items or beauty products
  • Baby food, supplements or formula food
  • Items with broken seals or removed packaging
  • Items bought on final sale or promotional offers

 

Important Notes

  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
  • Returns outside of Dhaka city may take longer (Sometimes 10 to 15 days) to process due to logistics.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above criteria.
