  • Remote/Rural Areas: May take 5–7 business days, depending on courier access and weather conditions.
  • Receive by Own Responsibilities to Remote Areas: If you prefer to receive your order earlier than the scheduled delivery time, you may choose a courier service to get the product within 2 days. Keep in mind, Vitacare doesn't cover courier costs or any kind of transit damages in this case.

 

Note: During major holidays or promotional campaigns, delivery may be delayed due to increased demand.

Returns and Refunds

  • Returns outside of Dhaka city may take longer (Sometimes 10 to 15 days) to process due to logistics.
